Describe the Bug:
AI had Dutiful Attendant it died created a legacy but no creature was returned to hand.

Which card did behave improperly ?

I was going to write something irritated here about how could it possibly not be working after all the effort I put in to get Junk Diver to target properly and it being basically the same card.

Turns out it's more than just "basically" the same card, since it's still targeting another artifact card instead of another creature card. Sigh. Fixed in 7040c02, though I don't expect to do another release unless something really severe turns up.
