[fixed/close]Skaab Goliath no 2 crits in gy-no cast instants

If I have Skaab Goliath in hand I can't cast Glint or any instant(Ancestral Recall debugged in hand)during my main phases(this happens only if there are not 2 creatures in grave)
.I can cast it on opponent's turn or anytime I could cast it at instant speed.If there are 2 creatures in grave everything seems to work fine.It works fine if you debug Skaab Goliath out of your hand so it has to be Skaab Goliath causing trouble.
Which card did behave improperly ?
