Describe the Bug:
When Kaho, Minamo Historian's activated ability is activated while several cards are exiled with it and Kaho's controller has less mana available than the exiled spell with the highest converted mana cost would cost to cast (and thus only one or two of the exiled cards are selectable from the selection popup), the selected spell is sometimes mixed up with one of the other exiled cards.

For example, if Unsummon, Healing Salve and Lightning Bolt were exiled with Kaho and the player only has available, selecting Unsummon from the selection popup might prompt the player to pay . Adding by untapping a land or directly adding mana via debug mode in that case would cast Lightning Bolt instead of Unsummon.

This doesn't happen when there's enough mana to cast any/all of the spells.

The mode selection window doesn't mix up the exiled cards.
