Thopter Spy Network's controller draws a card when one or more artifact creatures he/she controls deal combat damage to a planeswalker (or player).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Thopter Spy Network's controller draws a card only when one or more artifact creatures he/she controls deal combat damage to a player.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
