[fixed/closed]Ebonblade Reaper can't be cast face down

Ebonblade Reaper can't be cast face down. Clicking it automatically prompts the player to pay
.
Turning it face down with Ixidron reveals that the morph cost is set correctly. Turning it face up does not work, which seems to be a bug related to Ixidron.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
