[fixed/closed]Arbalest Elite doesn't untap if stolen

Describe the Bug:
Arbalest Elite, when activated, doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Arbalest Elite.
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
BFZv2.
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Arbalest Elite doesn't untap during your next untap step.
Ruling: 9/22/2011: If another player controls Arbalest Elite during your next untap step, the part of the effect that keeps it from untapping does nothing. It won't try to apply during a future untap step.
The ruling for Spectral Force states it more clearly: 5/1/2007: "Your next untap..." refers to the player who controls Spectral Force when the triggered ability resolves. That means if it's temporarily stolen (such as with Word of Seizing) and attacked with, it will untap in its previous controller's untap step.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Deep Spawn, Homarid Warrior, Reveka, Wizard Savant, Spectral Bears, and Spectral Force all use this wording. I haven't tested any of them.
(And I've already fixed its blank effect card.)
