Describe the Bug:
All damage including noncombat damage is prevented to a creature equipped with General's Kabuto.

Which card did behave improperly ?
General's Kabuto

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
BfZv2, Duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Only combat damage is prevented to a creature equipped with General's Kabuto.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Moreover there is Leyline of Punishment in play and still General's Kabuto prevents damage.There is another open topic for Leyline of Punishment and prevention effects but also there it is per card interaction with Leyline of Punishment.viewtopic.php?f=86&t=14816&p=162198&hilit=Leyline+of+Punishment#p162198

Noncombat damage fixed in 558528d. The hack for Leyline of Punishment is unmaintainable and I won't have anything to do with it.
