Describe the Bug:
When Punish Ignorance resolves, its controller does not gain life and that player's opponent does not lose life. The targeted spell is countered though.

When Punish Ignorance resolves, its controller gains 3 life and that player's opponent loses 3 life.

Rather, it usually (not always) makes its own controller lose life, and should make its target's controller (not its controller's opponent) lose life. Fixed in eb3a46f.
