Did a complete scan based on matching rules text and also found Bonds of Quicksilver and Uncontrollable Anger among implemented cards, and Baton of Courage, Etherium Astrolabe, Galvanic Key, Grifter's Blade, Scale of Chiss-Goria, and Ward of Lights among unimplemented ones. Ward of Lights was to be expected, but it's not immediately clear why flash got missed in the other automatically-converted cards. Fixed the data in 8c05420, anyway.
