[fixed/closed]Ulamog's Nullifier no counter

Describe the Bug:
1- I cast Ulamog's Nullifier in response to AI casting Shambling Striker and although there were 2 cards in opponents exile zone I wasn't prompt if I wanted to counter the spell (may),the spell wasn't countered the 2 cards remained in exile.
2- The only time I managed to counter a spell with Ulamog's Nullifier it was a sorcery = Earthen Arms and there were no cards in opponent's exile zone.It didn't work for instant or creature.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Ulamog's Nullifier

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/01/15: Battle For Zendikar v2,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- If Ulamog's Nullifier is played as a counterspell and there are at least 2 cards in opponent's exile you are prompt if you want to put 2 cards from exile to opponent's graveyard and if you do the spell is countered if you don't or there aren't 2+ cards the spell doesn't get countered.
2- Ulamog's Nullifier can counter any spell if you put two cards your opponents own from exile into their owners' graveyards.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I don't see how it could have possibly worked against Earthen Arms.

Fixed in f1cabad, though like Mystic Snake and all similar cards in Manalink, it'll only work if it's actually cast, not just put onto the battlefield.

Should we leave this open for this bug?I can't find a duplicate at least for Mystic Snake.

It's a direct result of the contortions made to get it to work at interrupt speed the same as "normal" counterspells. Once those are cast at instant speed and can target anything on the stack, instead of just the spell on top of the stack as it's being put there, Mystic Snake turns into a minor variant of Uktabi Orangutan.

"Get rid of interrupt timing" would be a valid bug, but this card really isn't a good example for it.
