Describe the Bug:
Bazaar Trader's activated ability does not allow the choice of which player to target. It automatically gives control of the targeted Artifact, Creature, or Land to the opponent.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Bazaar Trader should allow you to target yourself as the player to gain control of the target Artifact, Creature, or Land. This normally results in nothing happening (as you already have control over the targeted permanent), but if you temporarily gain control of a something (with Act of Treason, for example), you should be able to use the Bazaar Trader to override the effect and gain control indefinitely.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also, even if it did let you target yourself, it wouldn't have any effect in that Act of Treason example - you'd still incorrectly lose control at end of turn. Try it with Dominate, for example.

Can target self, but once player is targeted there is no prompt asking to target something.
