[fixed/closed]Mire's Malice awaken no effect-cast/Ivory Mask

1- I played Mire's Malice for it's awaken cost it asked only target a land and when I did the land didn't became a creature no counters were put on it either.It works fine for normal cost.It produced this dump error:
2- I debugged an Ivory Mask on AI's side and Mire's Malice could be still cast both normal and with awaken cost.It didn't have an effect-no discard of cards even for normal cost(which works fine) just went to graveyard.
8/25/2015 If the non-awaken part of the spell requires a target, you must choose a legal target. You can’t cast the spell if you can’t choose a legal target for each instance of the word “target” (though you only need a legal target for the awaken ability if you’re casting the spell for its awaken cost).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Mire's Malice awaken cost produces no dump error,causes discard to opponent and puts counters to target land.
2- Mire's Malice is a targeted spell and can't be cast if there is no legal target for each instance of the word target.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
