Describe the Bug:
Feldon of the Third Path if you put a token at end step (during the discard phase, before you discard)it gets sacrificed that turn.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Feldon of the Third Path

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/01/15: Battle For Zendikar v2,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If the second ability is activated during the End step, the token won't be sacrificed until the following turn's End step.
Note: It is worth mentioning that Flameshadow Conjuring works like it should in the above case by triggering in manalink's clean up phase. kind of correct: viewtopic.php?f=86&t=18544
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Probably better to say "during the discard phase, before you discard" if that's what you mean. Literally everything that happens after the end of the second main phase does so in a different order in 4th-edition-era and modern rules; there's no "end step" as such, and how to fix the bug and whether it's even fixable at all without causing worse problems will vary depending on when exactly it's showing up.

When I'm trying to fix these kinds of issues, I always consider any ability used in "PHASE_DISCARD" as used in response of your end of turn, since it's the last time you're given the opportunity to play activated abilities.

- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod
