Through the Breach,if you cast and put a creature in play at end step (during the discard phase, before you discard) it gets sacrificed that turn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Through the Breach,if it is cast during the End step, the creature put in play won't be sacrificed until the following turn's End step

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
