[fixed/closed]Abandon Hope discard additional cost-Madness

Describe the Bug:
When you cast Abandon Hope and discard a card with it's additional cost if you discard a card with Madness you don't get a chance to cast it,the madness card appears and disappears instantly.Is this correct?

Which card did behave improperly ?
Abandon Hope or Madness ability

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When you cast Abandon Hope and discard a card with it's additional cost if you discard a card with Madness you get a chance to cast it.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This also has been fixed probably by the last work on cycling cards and rest rules engine cards.Closed.
