[fixed/closed]Deckbuilder Restricted/Banned lists

The deckbuilder currently has a hardcoded list of cards it considers restricted, banned, and/or ante. (No cards are in more than one of these categories, though the software can support that.) The restricted and banned lists can be filtered for, by right-clicking the icon on the far right; both of those, as well as the ante list, also factor into the "deck type" (Unknown/Unrestricted/Wild/Restricted (Type 1)/Tournament (Type 1.5)/Highlander), which is shown in the stats window but doesn't seem to have any other effect.

While we'll probably want to eventually have these card lists be read from a separate file rather than being compiled into DeckDll.dll (or use the dungeon cards in Shandalar mode), and we'll also want to have more different bits set (so that e.g. the stats window can accurately list all the formats a given deck is legal in), right now the card lists are out of date and I'd appreciate someone picking a format to use - most likely Vintage, Legacy, or a combination - and making an accurate list that I can just plug in. There's no need to restrict it to cards currently in Manalink, just ones printed in Shadows over Innistrad or earlier.

About the cards which are banned in your list all 3 are only banned from EDH games I don't think they were ever banned from Vintage play.

EDIT: While doing these lists I noticed that autosearch feature (type anywhere-go to card)in deckbuilder doesn't find conspiracy cards/planes cards or any of the special cards.

edit 2: links about bugs or still having bugs:
1- http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/view ... er#p104543 = removing a single card (single card only not a card out of 4 e.g)through doubleclick doesn't remove the card(visually from deck panel) it is removed immediately from stats,you get the removed sound,too and from deck if you save deck but it visually is still in deck panel.If you then remove another single only card from deck the previously only visually card is removed and is replaced by the new one visually.

Bugs 2 and 4 are problems with data, and 3 is with drawcardlib. (1 looks legitimate.) I'm looking for harder-to-search-for things like

Legend creature type tag in DeckEditor don't work - doable, but I haven't gotten to it yet
Stats button doesn't work right with colorless cards besides artifacts and lands - again, doable, but I haven't gotten to it
Native Rampage not matching anything in the Abilities button right-click menu, despite being set on many cards (16 in one of the DBA columns in Manalink.csv) - fixed
Abilities button right-click menu doesn't match anything in columns DBA5/6/7/8 (e.g., Akroma, Angel of Wrath doesn't show up as Native Haste or Native Trample) - probably unfixable without updating csv2dat.exe too
Power and Toughness buttons don't work right for cards with negative base values (e.g. Char-Rumbler shows up in "Power greater than or equal to 24" but not "Power less than or equal to 2") - fixed
Background images are always displayed in a 6x5 grid, even on widescreen, which distorts them - doable, haven't gotten to it
Enchantments don't show up unless their subtypes are set to specific values and in specific order - fixed
