[fixed/closed]Constricting Sliver only works once

Describe the Bug:
Constricting Sliver works when it enters the bf, but not when other slivers do.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Constricting Sliver

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/01/15: Battle For Zendikar v2,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should work when any sliver you control enters the bf.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Some more info: Constricting Sliver 's ability when other slivers enter does trigger and you get to choose an opponent's creature to exile but it doesn't get exiled.A legacy is attached to the sliver that triggered Constricting Sliver 's ability.
