[fixed/closed]Creeping Dread dump if hand empty + more

Describe the Bug:
- If one player has an empty hand on owner upkeep, dozen of crash dump chain pop up
- When Creeping Dread trigger, game show owner hand twice and doesn't ask opponent to discard card. but destroy's one of opponent's permanents instead
- Game seems to compare discarded card type to top card in the gy instead of eacher player discarded card
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

All fixed in 47d369d
