Hidden Predators becomes a creature only when an opponent casts a creature spell with power 4 or greater.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Hidden Predators.
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Dev, shortly past EMN.
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should trigger whenever an opponent controls a creature power 4 or greater for any reason - Control Magic, Zombify, Giant Growth, controlling the creature before you control Hidden Predators, you name it. Just about any time except casting a creature spell that hasn't resolved yet.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No.
