[fixed/closed]Lamplighter of Selhoff bad trigger/wrong order

Describe the Bug:
1- Lamplighter of Selhoff first discard a card and then you draw.
2- Doesn't need another zombie to trigger etb.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/07: Eldritch Moon, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Lamplighter of Selhoff if...may draw.if you do then discard.
2- Lamplighter of Selhoff triggers only if you control another zombie.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
