Describe the Bug:
Epiphany at the Drownyard doesn't reveal the +1 only x.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Epiphany at the Drownyard reveals x+1.
also you may want to look at ruling:
8/4/2016 X can be 0, and piles can be empty. If X is 0, you’ll reveal one card and one pile will be empty. Your opponent may choose the empty pile to put into your hand.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed X to X+1 in 212663a. It looks like it should already work properly for exactly one card revealed (previously miscosted at {1}

, now correctly {U}

); if not, then Fact or Fiction, Sphinx of Uthuun, Jace, Architect of Thought, and Steam Augury are all broken too.
