[fixed/clos]Panic Attack target crit can block, bad legacies

Describe the Bug:
1- Panic Attack no matter if you target 1,2 or 3 creatures 3 legacies will be put on the first targeted creature.
2- Panic Attack targeted creature can block.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Panic Attack

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- One legacy per targeted creature.
2- Panic Attack prevents targeted creatures from blocking.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It was adding flying instead (KEYWORD_FLYING and SP_KEYWORD_CANNOT_BLOCK share the same underlying value). Fixed both in 47347a6.

After reading your posts, I am grateful to God that I have never felt panic attacks. It seems to me that this is very terrible. I have a lot of health problems, but it's not as bad as panic attacks. My neighbor sometimes had panic attacks and I had to calm it down and it is very hard to watch. Now he is in order and he completely got rid of this shit and his nervous system is in perfect order.
