[fixed/closed]Teferi's Care crashes & no counterspell

Describe the Bug:
- When activating Teferi's Care enchantment destruction ability, game crashes with no dump
- When trying to counterspell an enchantment spell, game still ask for W and crashes

It uses the old-style way to have multiple activated abilities, which is pages and pages of cut-and-pasted code, so I just fixed the obvious errors in dfd99c2. It seems to work ok now, though.
