Elemental Uprising targeted land becomes a 3/3 creature.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Elemental Uprising
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/07: Eldritch Moon, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Elemental Uprising targeted land becomes a 4/4 creature.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed power and toughness in 3e86e05. It doesn't look like it adds subtype elemental; I didn't do anything about that.
