Describe the Bug:
I cast Thought-Knot Seer and game froze.AI had only lands in hand.I debugged a non-land into AI's hand and then I cast it and it didn't freeze.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Thought-Knot Seer doesn't freeze if there are only lands in target's opponent hand.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The choice is mandatory (and it shouldn't be, even though the card doesn't say "you may choose..." - hands and libraries are always considered hidden zones, even if they've been revealed, so you're never required to find a card if there's constraints on the choice), so I bet it's the same problem as this.
Though new_global_tutor should really, really be made to fail gracefully for the human, the AI, and for the human during AI speculation if there isn't a valid card to pick.
