[fixed]Disrupting Shoal alt cost can use non-blue cards

1- I cast Torrent of Stone AI then played Disrupting Shoal to counter and used alternative cost and exiled Ire of Kaminari which isn't blue it has only same converted mana cost with Torrent of Stone.
2- also if you try to counter with alternative cost a spell of different converted mana cost then Disrupting Shoal is removed from game.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- AI or player can use alternative cost only if they exile blue cards of the same converted mana cost.
2- If you cast Disrupting Shoal with alternative cost but you exile a card with different converted mana cost than the card you want to counter Disrupting Shoal doesn't get removed from game.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
