Wild-Field Scarecrow ability can't be activated tapped

Just tested with Twiddle and it's happening also when not under summoning sickness

Well, yes. I meant it also isn't activateable while summoning-sick, even if not tapped. It's just reusing Armillary Sphere's function, after all, so it thinks it has a normal in its activation cost.

Fixed in commit c5f30eaf now it has it's own code.
