Describe the Bug:
- If there is less than 3 mana available for owner, activating Magnifying Glass does not generate mana
- If there is more than 3 mana available for owner, activating Magnifying Glass Clue effect does not generate Clue

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
- If there is less than 3 mana available for owner, activating Magnifying Glass does generate mana
- If there is more than 3 mana available for owner, activating Magnifying Glass Clue effect does generate Clue

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

- If there is more than 3 mana available for owner, activating Magnifying Glass Clue effect does correctly generate mana from choices window

Also, if less than 3 mana available, activating it doesn't cause it to tap.
