[fix/closed]Fury Charm 1st anavailable=messed menu-abilities

Describe the Bug:
If Fury Charm 1st "destroy artifact" ability hasn't been enabled=no artifact on battlefield,the first ability is not listed at all(not greyed out) in selection menu and then it messes 3nd option from the selection menu.
ex. if you select 3nd option "Remove two time counters from target permanent or suspended card" finds suspended card as illegal target and if you select a creature then it puts +1/+1 counter onto the creature and gives it trample as the 2nd ability "Target creature gets +1/+1 and gains trample until end of turn" does.The 3nd "Remove two time counters from target permanent or suspended card" has gone to cancel option as a result no cancel option available.I don't know if the 2nd ability is also not available if it causes also problems.If all the options are available then there is no problem.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Fury Charm if 1st ability isn't available doesn't mess the others options.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Has been fixed/closed in dev 778ccb5 version.
