Describe the Bug:
1- Questing Phelddagrif 1st ability pump one also gives flying.
2- Questing Phelddagrif last ability give flying is first on selection menu (that is if all or flying is available) making things messy.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Questing Phelddagrif 1st ability pump doesn't give flying.
2- Questing Phelddagrif last ability give flying is also last on selection menu.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In dev 778ccb5 version both bugs above have been fixed. Now however:
1- Questing Phelddagrif finds 2nd ability " : Questing Phelddagrif gains protection ...." activateable/highlighted with mana, prompt correctly asks/charges .
2- Questing Phelddagrif finds 3nd ability " : Questing Phelddagrif gains flying until end of turn. Target opponent may draw a card" activateable/highlighted with mana, prompt correctly asks/charges .
3- 3nd ability doesn't give flying when it resolves, opponent does get to draw a card.

Fixed all in commit 49017174.
