[fixed]Reflector Mage suppresses returned creature for ever

Reflector Mage makes creature with the name it returned to hand uncastable for whole game.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Reflector Mage doesn't allow to cast spells with the same name as that creature until your next turn.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
