[dupli]Suspend card stops planeswalkers activating that turn

Describe the Bug:
When you suspend a card (tested with Knight of Sursi,Ancestral Vision and Greater Gargadon)that makes planeswalkers (Ajani Goldmane tested) not able to activate till eot.
There was work/fix about Suspend card stop casting spells here:

and there is still a bug about stopping EDH commander here:

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
