Describe the Bug:
Devour in Flames doesn't charge additional cost to be paid (return a land you control to its owner's hand).

Which card did behave improperly?
Devour in Flames

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Devour in Flames charges additional cost payment.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Already fixed in dev 778ccb5 version now closed.
