[fixed/close]Chaos Warp on stolen opponent's permanent issue

I had a stolen Rhystic Study in play and I cast Chaos Warp on it.It was correctly shuffled into owner's = opponent's library but then my library's top card was revealed and put into my battlefield.
Which card did behave improperly?
Chaos Warp?
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If you play Chaos Warp on a stolen permanent it's owner shuffles it into his library and that owner's permanent gets to reveal the top card of his library and if it is a permanent put it into play.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
