Goblin Warrens prompts 2 times "Select permanent to sacrifice."

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Goblin Warrens prompts "Select a goblin permanent to sacrifice." or "Select a goblin to sacrifice."

*If it is not too much trouble it prompts once and calculates the goblins sacrificed like some cards do."Select a goblin permanent to sacrifice 1 of 2" and "Select a goblin permanent to sacrifice 2 of 2".

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
