Describe the Bug:
Tin-Wing Chimera prompts wrongly "Select target creature".

Which card did behave improperly?
Tin-Wing Chimera

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Tin-Wing Chimera prompts something like "Select target Chimera creature" or more informative something like "Select target Chimera creature,gains a +2/+2 counter & flying"

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
