[fixed]Psychogenic Probe and tutors

If I Wargate a Psychogenic Probe onto the battlefield, the latter's shuffle trigger doesn't happen.
Which card behaved improperly?
Technically it's the tutor's fault.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Psychogenic Probe gets put on the battlefield before my library is shuffled, so it should damage me.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
All tutors that I'm aware of should put the searched-for card onto the battlefield before shuffling, and none that I'm aware of do.
The other two cards with shuffle triggers are Widespread Panic and Cosi's Trickster (which I think is only demonstrable with Bribery).
