Describe the Bug:
Niblis of Frost ability doesn't tap targeted creature.The "That creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step" part works.

Which card did behave improperly?
Niblis of Frost

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Niblis of Frost: Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, tap target creature an opponent controls.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit ce89429.

The missing braces around the multistatement if body broke the build now that -Wmisleading-indentation is set (and caused the doesn't-untap effect card to be created even if no target was chosen). Fixed in db8f6a4a4.
