[fixed]Dwarven Sea Clan control no island when resolving

Dwarven Sea Clan ability isn't countered if the creature’s controller doesn’t control an Island as the ability resolves.
Edited: I tested more and you can target a creature even if it's controller doesn't control an island.

Rulings
1/8/2008 You can’t target a creature if its controller doesn’t control an Island as you are activating the ability, and the ability will be countered if the creature’s controller doesn’t control an Island as the ability resolves.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
