[fixed]Glyph of Destruction

Describe the bug:
  1. Both of Glyph of Destruction's effect's continuous effects (the +10/+0 and the damage prevention) last forever, or at least until the wall leaves the bf.
  2. Damage to the effect card is prevented; damage to the wall is not.
  3. The delayed trigger destroying the wall happens at every end step, not just the next one. (Assuming the wall survives it, most easily by regenerating.)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
The pump effect should last only until the end of the current combat. The damage prevention effect should prevent damage to the wall, not itself, and should last until end of turn. Strictly speaking, the delayed trigger effect should have a third duration, until the start of the next end step, but it's ok if it hangs around slightly longer until of turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Nope.

Fixed all (not extra duration for 3nd delayed trigger) in commit 8a4f3d42.
