Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
Hypochondria effect activated by AI do nothing even if AI activate it and pay its mana requirement.
Also if mana requirement is not met, AI will keep trying to activate it even if there is no need to

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Hypochondria effect activated by AI do something
AI doesn't spam its activation for nothing

Hypochondria 1st ability activated by AI prevents damage to creatures, however: -1 AI never uses it to prevent damage to AI itself.fixed
-2 AI never used 2nd ability (sacrifice to prevent damage to creatures or to AI).
-3 Hypochondria triggers regeneration effects all the time.

Fixed 1st in commit d12b4dde. The other bugs have been fixed already in dev.
