Describe the Bug:
Reincarnation can't return back the creature that targeted and died.
Note, there is also this bug:

Which card did behave improperly?
Reincarnation

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Reincarnation can return back the creature that targeted and died.
Ruling:
1/10/2009 The creature that’s returned to the battlefield may be the same one that was put into the graveyard (assuming it’s still in the graveyard when the delayed triggered ability resolves). If so, it returns to the battlefield as a brand-new creature.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
