Early Frost taps the targeted lands.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

number_of_targets, not info_slot.

Also, it displays the can't-target symbol on selected lands instead of the targeted one, there's no done button, and the cancel button works like done should instead of cancelling.

Fixed no tap cards & changed cancel to done button in b44aad3. Still no real cancel button. I can't get how to do it, my efforts went down the drain.
