[fixed]Shrewd Negotiation can't target creatures

Describe the Bug:
Shrewd Negotiation can target an opponent's artifact, but not one of their creatures. Prompt is "Select target artifact" when it should be "Select target artifact or creature"

Which card did behave improperly?
Shrewd Negotiation

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Player should be able to target an opponent's artifact or creature for exchange

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 66638a7a. Not pushed yet.
