[fixed]KLD Counterspells don't counter

Ceremonious Rejection & Revolutionary Rebuff can't be cast to counter anything.
Which card did behave improperly?

Revolutionary Rebuff
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
These cards act as countespells
