[fixed]Territorial Gorger triggers 4x each energy counter

Territorial Gorger triggers 4 times each time one or more
is added - ie. it gets +8/+8.
NB it does not trigger once for each that is added, which would also be incorrect behavior.
Also, it stacks these P/T activations.
Which card did behave improperly?
Territorial Gorger

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Territorial Gorger gets one activation each time one or more are added. It should also recalculate legacy P/T activations.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
