[fixed]Scavenge ability doesn't put counters to creature

Describe the Bug:
Scavenge ability doesn't have an effect, no counters are put to target creature.Cards are correctly exiled.I tested Dreg Mangler, Deadbridge Goliath, Thrashing Mossdog.
