Chisei, Heart of Oceans doesn't trigger the legend rule so you can have more than 2.
Which card did behave improperly?
Chisei, Heart of Oceans
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Chisei, Heart of Oceans triggers the legend rule.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
