[fix]Unblinking Bleb scry not triggering for others face up

Describe the Bug:
Unblinking Bleb scry 2 ability is not triggering when other permanents face up only for Unblinking Bleb itself.(Tested only creatures with morph).

Which card did behave improperly?
Unblinking Bleb

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Unblinking Bleb Whenever Unblinking Bleb or another permanent is turned face up, you may scry 2.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit a6e8cf8c.
