[fixed]Fire Whip does nothing or pings enchanted

Describe the Bug:

1. If you choose the tap mode when "activating" Fire Whip, the creature doesn't tap, you don't get prompted for a target, and while an activation goes onto the stack, it doesn't do anything when it resolves.
2. If you choose the sac mode, Fire Whip isn't sacrificed, you don't get prompted for a target, an activation goes onto the stack, and the creature Fire Whip's attached to is damaged when it resolves.

Select a target; tap the creature or sac the aura; ping the target.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Unlikely. In particular, Hermetic Study is fine.
